Do you offer international shipping ship?

Yes we do! All of Miaroo's products are shipped from our warehouses in the United States and have reached people across over 56 countries. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information!

How long does it take to process and ship my matcha order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. But of course, our shipping team is working to surpass your expectations!

How can I track my order?

Once your matcha order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know. Orders below $35 of value in the U.S. may not have a tracking number so please allow for 2 to 3 business days before reaching out to check on your order. You can also create an account to have a tracking dashboard and to communicate with us about your specific order!

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use reputable shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure that your matcha products arrive safely and on time.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35 within the U.S. and or over $45 within Canada! Otherwise, shipping costs vary based on the destination and shipping method selected.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change the shipping address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at sales@miaroo.com. Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

What if my matcha package arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team with photos of the damage as soon as possible!

What is your return policy on shipped matcha products?

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and have a process in place to ensure you get the best of Miaroo. Please contact us if a return is required.
